這個版塊也比較好寫,主要就是個人的一些職業技能以及專業知識的展示,同時還有一些個人興趣和語言技能方面的信息。雖然說這個版塊很好寫,但是寫起來也一定要慎重,不能把自己比較半吊子的一些技能都寫上去,否則在面試的時候肯定免不了被面試官各種問話。
總的來說,這個版塊有以下幾個部分組成:
職業技能就是你在職場上所需要用到的一些技能,例如一些工作平臺或軟件的使用,最基本的就是Office三件套,Word、Excel、以及PowerPoint,這都是老朋友了。稍微專業一點的就是類似于彭博終端、萬德、慧博智能等等。其他的就是一些類似于數據分析或者編程所需要用到的R、Python、Java等等 。
專業技能或者專業知識就是跟你所學的專業相關的技能及知識。如果是金融專業的學生,那么專業技能可能就是金融建模(Financial Modeling)、風險控制(Risk Management)、會計(Accounting)、衍生品定價(Derivatives Pricing)等等。由于其他專業的專業知識我個人也不太熟悉,在這里就用金融或者經管類專業做個例子。

英文簡歷的基本信息部分會比較簡略,其實這個部分就是雇主聯系你所需要的各種聯系方式 。這個部分不會占用特別大的篇幅,也不需要像中文簡歷那樣寫的比較詳細,像是出生年月、籍貫、民族、政治面貌(國外好像也不太看這個)等等,都是不用寫的。
因此,英文簡歷的基本信息部分,主要就是寫上你的手機號、郵箱地址、郵寄地址,就足夠了。一般來說這個部分都可以用小字寫在自己的大名下面,用分隔符隔開,最好一行就能寫完,這樣不會占用太多空間。例如這樣:
名字部分用大寫字母并加粗,讓招生官一目了然看到是誰的簡歷,英文中姓名的正式寫法是“姓(last name),名(given name)”,其實也就是我們中文的語序,所以例如一個叫做張三的人,那么他的英文正式寫法就應該是“ZHANG, SAN”,或者名(given name)的部分也可以首字母大寫,寫成“ZHANG, San”,這樣也是符合規范的。
如果有英文名,也可以在括號內注明。一般來說,簡歷投遞的大名還是要寫自己的正式名字(護照拼音名),但是可以附上preferred name或者nickname,外企也是會注意區分的。
然后在名字下方就可以寫自己的聯系方式啦,如果能夠用一行寫完最好用一行。如果地址特別的長,也可以分兩行寫,或者用比較小的字體來寫。但是這里要注意的是,字體不能小到看不見,也不能明顯的比簡歷的正常字體小太多,否則在審美上就會出現比較大的問題。
這里補充說明一下,如果是中國的地址,基本上可以只寫街道、小區名、門牌號、城市名和郵政編碼就行了,行政區、鎮、縣其實都可以不用寫,因為現在只要有郵政編碼就可以準確的寄到所在的街道了,這樣也可以顯著的節省空間。
投遞外企的話也一定要注意在手機號碼前面加國家和地區的區號。對于一些外企來說,即使你是投遞他們的中國辦公室,你的簡歷也有可能是先進入總部的HR或者是亞太區的HR手上,第一輪的簡歷篩選也可能是多個地區的辦公室由同一批團隊進行,所以千萬不能想當然的覺得投遞中國的辦公室就是由國內的HR來看。

對于本科和研究生求職來說,教育經歷其實就是高等教育經歷,是指你從大學本科開始的所有教育經歷,包括本科教育經歷、研究生(或更高)教育經歷、或者是一些正規的交換項目/暑期項目的教育經歷。
有一些同學會把高中的教育經歷都寫進去,通常來講這樣實際上是不符合規范的,招聘官對你的高中教育經歷也不會有什么太大的興趣。但是話又說回來,如果是大一的小朋友去求職,在沒有什么大學專業課程的情況下,簡歷上確實可能需要加上高中的教育經歷,例如學校名稱、畢業時間、年級排名、標準化考試成績等等。到大二、大三了以后,記得把高中的教育經歷去掉就好了。
教育經歷中需要包括的信息主要是以下幾樣:
比如說一個在ABC大學讀本科、大學期間有在倫敦政經(London School of Economics)的交換經歷的同學的簡歷,排版一下大概是長這個樣子:
這里來詳細說說教育經歷部分的信息。
學校名稱和所在地就不說了,是最基本的信息。
這個預計畢業的年月,其實主要是告知招聘官你可以全職入職的時間,這個其實是非常重要的一個信息。很多人會覺得,不知道是否能夠按時畢業,所以寫上入學的時間,但是其實入學的時間對于招聘官來說,沒有太大的意義 。因此這里建議是寫上預計的畢業時間,如果碰上延期或提早畢業的情況,那再對簡歷進行修改或者通知招聘官就好了。
所獲文憑和類別主要就是你所在的教育機構或者教育項目給你頒發的文憑種類。例如本科學位就是Bachelor’s Degree,碩士研究生學位就是Master’s Degree。美國的教育很多時候也分文理、工商等等,所以文憑這一塊是要寫清楚的。
比如說一個本科經濟學專業畢業的學生,拿到的是文學學士的文憑,那就可以寫Bachelor of Arts in Economics,一個研究生金融專業畢業的學生,拿到的是理學碩士的文憑,那就可以寫Master of Science in Finance。具體的文憑種類還是要和學校去核實,因為有可能所投遞簡歷的企業會對你進行背景調查,所以最好還是與未來畢業證書上的官方信息一致。
那么對于一些非文憑類的教育項目,例如交換項目或者暑期項目之類的,就可以寫上Study Abroad Program(留學項目)、或者是Exchange Program(交換項目)、或者是Summer Program(暑期項目)。
這種非文憑類的教育項目其實也可以省略不寫,或者是在正式的教育經歷中加一行一筆帶過。不過如果沒有特別多的職業經歷或者活動經歷可以寫的話,那也是可以寫上,這樣會讓簡歷看起來更加充實。
GPA是一個很重要的信息,因為這代表了你的學術水準,這個是作為招生官評估你學術能力和個人素質的一個重要衡量標準。誠然,不同的學校會有不同的GPA標準,有的學校給GPA很難,有的學校的GPA卻比較好拿,所以有經驗的招聘官也會根據學校的學術水平來做調整。
一般國外的GPA是按照作為滿績,在國內的同學也可以使用百分制或者找學校問轉換成制的GPA。如果有院校或者年級排名的話,也可以附上,作為一個學術能力的證明。
另外, 很多同學會問可不可以寫上專業GPA,也就是所修的專業課程的平均績點。我覺得如果專業GPA是高于綜合GPA的話,寫上會比較好,但是如果專業GPA顯著低于綜合GPA的話,我個人是不建議寫。
其實在GPA這一塊還有個小建議,那就是如果你對自己的GPA不是特別的滿意,例如綜合GPA在以下,那么其實是可以不寫GPA的,只要寫上其他教育信息就可以了。
相關的專業課程也比較簡單,只要寫上你所上過的專業課程就行了。如果專業課程都是非常高的成績,那么也可以在課程名稱后面附注一下該課程所取得的成績,也是非常好的。
所獲獎項這個也是比較straightforward,把在校期間所獲得的獎項寫一寫就ok。不過這里值得一提的是,獎項最好是寫和求職方向相關的、或者能證明自己學術水平及綜合素質的獎項,與求職方向特別無關的我個人建議是可以不寫。比如以下這個就可以跳過不寫:
