And some creative people dubbed SARS to mean xxxSMILE AND REMAIN SMILING.xxx I was deeply touched by their optimisim, nearly forgetting that we're still in a battle. people who survive these kinds of circumstances, (at some point)decide in their minds to carry on in spite of the overwhelming odds.

laid-off workers, typically regarded as the victims of economic advancement, are subject to desperation that being unmeployed has brought on them. But, encouragingly, we have witnessed some of them striving hard to rebuild confidence toward life and discover new opportunities for demonstrating their values.

Although we cannot choose our appearance, inborn gifts and even avoid unexpected disasters and adversities, we do have the privilege to choose to live optimistcally,to love our lives, to have dreams, and to cherish hopes.

Every morning when we get up, we have a choice of how we want to approach life that day. As for me, I choose to be cheerful.

A world deprived of diversity would be a bland and boring place. The real tragedy is not being short or shy or ugly， but having your identity lost in a world in which everyone is a clone of a model cool boy or a flawless charming girl.

Given a choice， I would rather be ugly than live in such a world. I'd rather be a genuine dwarf accompanying a Snow White than be a Snow White among nothing but Snow Whites. I would rather be myself. I would contribute my individual and unique colors to create a more diverse universe. Please， be yourself.

一、調(diào)查目的

我國著名語言學(xué)家王力曾經(jīng)說過：“學(xué)外語沒有什么秘訣，就是給予足夠的時間，堅持下去。多聽、多說、多讀、多寫，多查字典。”給英語學(xué)習(xí)者指明了前進(jìn)的方向，大學(xué)英語閱讀理解作為一種衡量大學(xué)生英語閱讀能力的有效題型和手段，大學(xué)生一定要準(zhǔn)確把握其解題技巧，通過閱讀能力的提升，促進(jìn)英語水平的提高。英語閱讀水平的高低是衡量英語學(xué)習(xí)者語言綜合水平的重要體現(xiàn)，是大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的手段和目的，是英語學(xué)習(xí)者其他語言能力發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。英語學(xué)習(xí)者通過英語閱讀培養(yǎng)了閱讀能力，并以閱讀能力為基礎(chǔ)去發(fā)展其他各種語言能力，如寫、聽、說、譯的能力。隨著閱讀能力的不斷提高，語言知識的不斷增加，英語學(xué)習(xí)者的閱讀量也會不斷增加，最終達(dá)到運用獲得的信息進(jìn)行交流的目的。就短期目標(biāo)而言，良好的閱讀技能有助于學(xué)生順利通過大學(xué)英語四、六級考試，而就長期目標(biāo)而言，較強(qiáng)的閱讀能力可以讓學(xué)生及時獲取所需資料及信息，甚至有利于學(xué)生未來事業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此，大學(xué)生應(yīng)該始終注重對閱讀能力的培養(yǎng)。但是當(dāng)前大學(xué)生英語閱讀中仍然存在著一些問題，為此我們特地組織了這次的調(diào)查。

二、調(diào)查過程

本次調(diào)查采用問卷調(diào)查，現(xiàn)場測試和統(tǒng)計報表三種形式。以下就是我們調(diào)查的一些數(shù)據(jù)。

在學(xué)期初的第一堂課上， 在沒有任何引導(dǎo)的情況下，老師讓我們班34 名學(xué)生按照我們原有的速度和習(xí)慣進(jìn)行閱讀， 通過仔細(xì)觀察， 結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生在閱讀中存在以下問題。

(1)有3～4 名同學(xué)用直尺比著逐行閱讀。

(2)有5～6 名同學(xué)拿筆指著逐字閱讀。

(3)有4～5 名同學(xué)邊閱讀嘴唇在不自覺地動。

(4)有些同學(xué)在不停地回讀。

(5)有4～5 名同學(xué)遇到生詞直接去查電子詞典。

(6)只有1～2 名同學(xué)在課本上邊讀邊做一些標(biāo)記。

(7)有很多同學(xué)讀過之后，對每個詞的意思都基本了解，但對全句意思并不是很清楚。

經(jīng)過分析并且與老師探討， 我們把這些問題歸為三類:

關(guān)于閱讀習(xí)慣方面的問題(問題1、2、3);

閱讀技巧方面的問題(問題4、5);

閱讀理解方面的問題(問題6、7)。

那么為什么會存在這樣的問題呢？

三、調(diào)查分析

首先，我們從閱讀理解方面存在的問題開始分析，主要有以下原因。

1、語言基礎(chǔ)知識掌握不牢固 。詞匯量不足是影響閱讀水平的主要原因，英語詞匯量的大小直接影響讀者對文章的理解。中學(xué)生進(jìn)入大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)時雖有了一定的詞匯基礎(chǔ)，但多數(shù)學(xué)生詞匯量不足，還沒有達(dá)到熟練運用詞匯的程度。因此，在閱讀過程中，不得不停止連貫的閱讀活動，將注意力放在對某個單詞的猜測上，導(dǎo)致整個閱讀速度的減慢，從而影響了對整篇文章的理解。語法知識雖然已在中學(xué)階段系統(tǒng)地學(xué)習(xí)過，大學(xué)階段主要是對語法的靈活運用，但是不少學(xué)生對語法的基本概念模糊不清，在閱讀中遇到長句或難句時，理不清句子中各層次間的語法關(guān)系，以至造成理解上的偏差。

2、知識面和文化背景知識的障礙 。在英語閱讀過程中，語言知識固然是進(jìn)行閱讀的基礎(chǔ)，但國與國之間的文化差異往往會對讀者形成文化干擾，造成閱讀短路(指沒有獲得有意義的閱讀)。學(xué)生不了解文中涉及的背景知識，只好從字面上理解。英語文章中不僅涉及大量的英語國家的文化、歷史、習(xí)俗、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、名勝等各種背景知識，還涉及到科學(xué)技術(shù)的專業(yè)知識，如果閱讀時不具備這些知識，必然會影響到對句子段落的理解，并出現(xiàn)誤解。

3、語感差。要提高閱讀能力， 最終得依靠泛讀， 大量的泛讀可以增強(qiáng)語感。語感在閱讀理解中非常重要， 良好的語感會加深對語言的理解， 就會讀得快、讀得多， 反過來再次增強(qiáng)語感， 這樣周而復(fù)始的良性循環(huán)會很快提高閱讀能力， 就會自如地應(yīng)對考試中的閱讀理解。如果閱讀量小， 就會語感差， 影響對文章的理解。

4、缺乏大量閱讀 。只靠課堂學(xué)習(xí)，沒有課外大量泛讀的配合，提高閱讀能力亦是一句空話。課堂閱讀教學(xué)不能代替閱讀本身。閱讀能力的提高只有通過大量的閱讀實踐才能實現(xiàn)。但遺憾的是有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生不重視泛讀，總以專業(yè)課繁忙為由不愿多花時間讀或根本就不讀，錯誤地認(rèn)為只要背會精讀課本上單詞，會做練習(xí)就足夠了。其結(jié)果是課外閱讀量越少，對語言的基本形式，諸如語匯、語法和句型就越陌生，讀得也越慢，理解也越差。

接著是閱讀習(xí)慣方面存在問題的原因。

在閱讀中視線跟隨指頭或筆頭的移動而移動，或者頭腦中一直讀出并聽到每個詞的發(fā)音，回視前文，重復(fù)閱讀。這種方式是指在閱讀的過程中遇到某些生詞或?qū)σ欢挝淖忠饬x不明確時，反復(fù)閱讀已經(jīng)讀過的部分。這樣會分散注意力，不利于讀者抓住文章的要旨或主題，減少讀者的閱讀興趣；遇到生詞就查字典。該習(xí)慣會使學(xué)生喪失獨立思考和解決問題能力的自我訓(xùn)練。

其次是從閱讀技巧方面存在的問題分析原因。

Good afternoon everybody! It's my honor to speak here and I am very glad to share my topic with all of you. Today I'd like to talk about “my dream”. I do not just have one dream， in fact， I have three. They are: a healthy life， a happy family and to travel my great country.

I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy. More importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. Perhaps that makes them common， but they live a happy life. My grandmother once told me this:” I do not want to live long， only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. Since my graduation from primary school， until now， every time on my birthday I make the same wish. I wish my parents will not fight anymore. I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood， they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.

I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west， from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream， that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible， seeing my country on my own is good enough also.

If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life， then God can take me away. I would be happy， and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

While I respect the Buddhist explanation, I couldn’t help but ask: so what is keeping you from experiencing happiness? Joe lost his assertiveness when I mentioned this and he replied, “While I gain acceptance from my peers and family, I feel like I’m a nobody. These songs act as a route for me to escape. I don’t see happiness as attainable in my life.”

最后，在教學(xué)研究方面。通過這兩個月的實習(xí)，我還留心地觀察了本班學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的情況，并通過問卷調(diào)查和與學(xué)生交流的方式收集到了一些數(shù)據(jù)和信息。我打算從學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)自主性方面來探討當(dāng)今中學(xué)教育中的一大難題---英語教學(xué)。很多人往往從教師或教材的角度去分析影響學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的因素，但是卻忽略了另一個學(xué)習(xí)中的主體---學(xué)生。

之所以打算從這個角度去做教學(xué)調(diào)查，是因為自己所在的實習(xí)班級的特殊情況：初一(1)班是七中初一年級的重點班，學(xué)生的總體學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)較好，而且其原任英語老師也是一位有著多年英語教齡、經(jīng)驗豐富的教師。

但是，在這樣的班級里，學(xué)生的英語水平也參差不齊，是什么原因造成的呢?于是我打算從學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)自主性分析。經(jīng)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，大多數(shù)英語成績好的同學(xué)，他們在平日的學(xué)習(xí)中都采用了自主的學(xué)習(xí)方法，而極少部分成績較差的同學(xué)也是因為學(xué)習(xí)過于被動的緣故。如何在英語教學(xué)中開發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)自主性成了一個刻不容緩的問題。

在這里我要感謝學(xué)校安排了這次實習(xí)，也要感謝××公司給我這次機(jī)會，雖然只有短短的兩個星期時間，但是我所學(xué)到的將使我受益一生。因為這次實習(xí)的經(jīng)歷讓我原本枯燥的暑假變的充實起來。

一、實習(xí)過程

這次實習(xí)我主要負(fù)責(zé)的是辦公室文秘的工作。第一次走進(jìn)辦公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人員都各自忙著，仿佛沒有人注意到我，這讓我本來激動的心情多了一些慌亂。這個時候我想起了在學(xué)校時老師對我我們說的一句話，人的適應(yīng)能力是無窮的。于是我深深的吸了一口氣準(zhǔn)備迎接接下來的一個個挑戰(zhàn)。

說是文秘，其實我主要負(fù)責(zé)的就是打打文件，接接電話。多虧以前的練習(xí)，我的打字技術(shù)和質(zhì)量足以應(yīng)付領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給我的任務(wù)。雖然只是坐了一天，但我還是感覺挺累的，再加上宿舍的簡陋條件，生活真是給我上了意義非凡的一課，以前家長跟我們說一千遍掙錢多不容易，不如我親身經(jīng)歷一天的感悟。

剛開始的幾天就這么不咸不淡的過去了。在學(xué)校學(xué)到的東西并沒用到多少，同事們也因為彼此工作沒有交集依然十分陌生。只是見面打招呼的交情。看著他們整天忙碌著，閑暇之余彼此開開玩笑，覺得他們真的是一個集體，而我卻像個局外人般悠閑。我想我不能再這樣下去，于是，在辦公室，有閑的時候就會看一些計算機(jī)方面的書，雖然自己所學(xué)的專業(yè)在此時沒有派上什么用場，但我覺得應(yīng)該多學(xué)點，以豐富自己的能力。

但這樣下去也不是辦法，復(fù)印、傳真、等文秘工作我都還沒有掌握。終于有一天我鼓起勇氣向一名看起來很面善的年輕女同事請教了這方面的內(nèi)容。沒想到她不僅告訴了我發(fā)傳真的方法還跟我說理很多文秘需要注意的事項。她告訴我文秘必須態(tài)度認(rèn)真，細(xì)心，不能疏忽大意，不能馬虎潦草。比如說辦理公文，就要保證文件的質(zhì)量，用詞要準(zhǔn)確，材料要真實，抄寫要認(rèn)真，校對要仔細(xì)，力求每一個環(huán)節(jié)都不發(fā)生差錯。否則就會耽誤工作，甚至釀成難以彌補(bǔ)的損失。最后為了讓我掌握發(fā)傳真的方法她又交給我一份需要發(fā)的傳真讓我練習(xí)。回到自己的座位上我一邊體會著同事跟我說的話，一邊發(fā)傳真，當(dāng)聽到傳真發(fā)送成功后的“嘟嘟”聲，我便又小小地得意一番，雖然很傻，但至少又學(xué)會了一項辦公器材的用法。

在這里我要特別感謝這位前輩，她不僅教給了我很多有用的東西，還把我介紹給其它的同事認(rèn)識，以幫助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是悶著頭做，遇到疑難的問題就請教這些前輩們，我覺得自己開始融入這個集體了。

在做打字發(fā)傳真等枯燥工作的時候，我不止一次的幻想著公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻譯，在大家焦頭爛額，手足無措的時候，我鎮(zhèn)定的走出來然后利用在學(xué)校學(xué)到的知識解決這個棘手的問題。但當(dāng)幻想成為現(xiàn)實的時候，我卻慌了陣腳。因為文件涉及的化學(xué)產(chǎn)品，金屬元素等專有名詞我連讀都有困難更不用說翻譯了。我只有達(dá)開電腦利用金山詞霸一個個的查。即使這樣還經(jīng)常是單詞的意思查到了卻連不成句。僅僅四頁紙我翻譯了一天半。

最令我沒有想到的是，我在大二學(xué)的國際貿(mào)易實務(wù)的通選課竟然在我閱讀合同等文件時幫了我很大的忙，也節(jié)省了我不少時間。那些時常出現(xiàn)的諸如fob、cif之類的貿(mào)易術(shù)語都是我們課上最主要的內(nèi)容。在學(xué)習(xí)的時候只是單純的背過，并沒有真正了解它們的含義。例如合同，它是履行的依據(jù)，是成立的條件，品質(zhì)、品名、數(shù)量、包裝、價格、保險等條款缺一不可。因為涉及雙方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利潤為目標(biāo)，所以劃分的越詳細(xì)，責(zé)任也就越明確，也就可以避免一些不必要的糾紛。可見做生意來不得半點馬虎。

實習(xí)的另一個關(guān)鍵是學(xué)習(xí)對人怎么說話、態(tài)度及其處事。以前老聽哥哥姐姐們念叨還是在學(xué)校好，當(dāng)時還特幼稚的想，學(xué)校有老師管著有什么好的啊！現(xiàn)在才看請其實到那里都有人管。在學(xué)校可以沒心沒肺的開玩笑，但走上工作崗位之后，說話做事都要謹(jǐn)慎，要有技巧。像我這樣毫無社會經(jīng)驗的黃毛丫頭，說話做事毫無技術(shù)含量，所以最好還是少說多做。

通過兩星期的實習(xí)，我對復(fù)印、傳真、公文處理等文秘工作都基本熟練。在領(lǐng)到實習(xí)工資的那一剎那，我真的有種激動和不安的感覺。那是自己辛辛苦苦工作換來的。多少天的困難和疲憊總算有收獲。但更重要的是，我擁有了一筆豐富的經(jīng)驗財富，

二、實習(xí)感悟

除了第一次工作人人都會有的工作難做社會難處的感悟 之外，我最大的感悟就是真誠所至，金石為開。不管多難做，做好自己的那一份，總有一天會有收獲，只是時間的問題。但如果你不去做，這一天永遠(yuǎn)不會像天上掉餡餅?zāi)菢拥絹怼?/p>

還有我更清楚的看清了自己的不足，除去能力上的不足，我更想說的是心理的不足，這大概是大學(xué)生的通病，眼高手低。雖然我所做的不過是一份打雜的工作，更像是文秘助理，但如果我不做，在我后面有很多人等著接替我的職位。職位帶給你的面子，工資帶給你的生活質(zhì)量都不能是你擇業(yè)的首要根據(jù)。一個人對工作的態(tài)度決定了一個人能否找到工作，并且也決定了一個人能否做好工作。如果一個人眼光總是太高，可能永遠(yuǎn)也無法找到一份令自己滿意的工作；相反地，如果一個人能夠從自身實際出發(fā)，善于把握眼前的工作機(jī)會，并愿意為之付出，那么最后一定會取得工作上的成功。

再有就是關(guān)于人際關(guān)系方面的感悟。雖說在工作中能力必須有，但如果沒有同事的合作與包容，你可能什么都做不了。以前可能是因為電視劇看的太多的原因，我總是感覺職場上充滿了明爭暗斗，要處事圓滑甚至耍些小聰明才能生存。但在與同事相處的過程中，我覺得更重要的是放大別人的優(yōu)點，縮小別人的缺點。多站在別人的立場上想問題。電視劇中的情節(jié)都過于戲劇話了。另一方面，以前我總是覺得只要忍就可以解決一切問題。通過這兩個星期的實習(xí)，我覺得硬生生的通過忍去讓步不如通過考慮別人的

感受作出讓步來的人性化。俗話說。路遙知馬力，日久見人心。捫心自問，打動我們的往往是真誠的人。

回想這兩星期的經(jīng)歷，從一言不發(fā)到基本適應(yīng)職場生活。讓我更堅信老師說的那句，人的適應(yīng)能力是無窮的。剛到辦公室的時候除了打字什么也不會，甚至想過放棄。但想到就這么灰溜溜的回去太沒面子，而且還要實習(xí)報告，這無形見就給我了不少壓力。雖然這些考慮都看起來很被動但卻讓我一次次的打消了放棄的念頭。通過觀察同事們的工作方法，請教同事，我從有事做漫漫的也忙了起來。忙到我開始忘記剛開始想放棄的原因。這讓我想起一句廣告詞，一切皆有可能！

其實，這次實習(xí)也不都是正面積極的讓我感受到人家大愛的經(jīng)歷。以前總是聽父母嘮叨工作時經(jīng)常會受上司的“氣”，雖然我只實習(xí)了短短兩個星期，我深刻的體會到這“氣”還真不好受。自己心里很不舒服的時候，就干脆想辭職得了。但靜下心來仔細(xì)想想，以后總要工作的，在別人手底下工作不都是這樣么？剛開始。就應(yīng)該踏踏實實的干好自己的工作，畢竟又沒有工作經(jīng)驗，現(xiàn)在有機(jī)會了就要從各方面鍛煉自己。不然，以后干什么都會干不好的。

總之，通過這些感悟，我要更加學(xué)會珍惜。要珍惜在學(xué)校生活的每一天無憂無慮的生活，要珍惜父母的每一分辛苦賺來的錢。工作以后更要珍惜每一次的工作機(jī)會，因為實習(xí)使我懂得了它們的重要性，以后我會更加珍惜。

三、實習(xí)總結(jié)

通過這次實習(xí)，不僅收獲了工作和為人處事方面的經(jīng)驗，對本不是自己專業(yè)的文秘工作也有了初步的了解。也看到了自己需要提高的地方，在以后的學(xué)習(xí)中既要重視對知識的掌握，更重要的是通過每一次珍貴的實習(xí)機(jī)會，將理論和實際結(jié)合起來，為將來更好的適應(yīng)社會打下基礎(chǔ)。針對以上總結(jié)，在今后的學(xué)習(xí)和生活中我要做到以下五點：

實踐周到啦，為了提高自己的英語水平，把知識和實踐結(jié)合，在學(xué)校的幫助安排下，我來到了“xx英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校”，開始了我的執(zhí)教之路。

xx外語學(xué)校是經(jīng)教育行政主管機(jī)關(guān)批準(zhǔn)成立的專業(yè)外語培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)，我的實踐地點是鳳凰城大梨樹分校。這里是風(fēng)景秀美的旅游區(qū)，這里有我的汗水和歡樂。

我的實踐內(nèi)容是教培訓(xùn)班的小學(xué)生初一英語課程。

雖然我是英語專業(yè)的學(xué)生，但畢竟沒有過教學(xué)經(jīng)驗。因此，7月3日，我到“xx”的第二天就開始接受相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。鄧校長真是個認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的人，她為我安排了一位專門的指導(dǎo)教師——王老師。在王老師的耐心指導(dǎo)下，我學(xué)會了如何寫備課筆記，如何活躍課堂氣氛，如何用簡單的英語句子和同學(xué)們進(jìn)行課堂交流等等。特別是她和另幾名教師教我的小游戲，使我在課堂上很好地調(diào)動了學(xué)生的積極性，令我受益匪淺!

經(jīng)過了一段時間的備課聽課和試講，我終于走上了講臺，開始教課啦!

我角的這本教材的特點是單詞量大。所以在教課的過程中，我遇到的第一個困難是如何讓孩子們對枯燥的英語單詞產(chǎn)生興趣。關(guān)于這點，我在培訓(xùn)時準(zhǔn)備的游戲幫了我不少忙。我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生最喜歡的游戲要數(shù)simon says 和snowman.因為這兩個游戲?qū)W生可以全班參與，有賞有罰，十分熱鬧。這也是學(xué)校里其他老師使用得最多的游戲。

不過，為了使我的課堂有自己的特色，我也想出了幾個其它調(diào)動學(xué)習(xí)單詞的興趣提高學(xué)習(xí)效率的方法。其中最有效的是領(lǐng)讀單詞這招。每個人都有上進(jìn)心，都不想被別人比下去，這一點在孩子們身上體現(xiàn)得最明顯。我正是利用了這點，在教單詞時，給孩子們充足的時間自己練習(xí)讀熟它們，并讓以不同的形式他們輪流領(lǐng)讀，讀得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的同學(xué)還可以獲得當(dāng)小老師的機(jī)會去較其他人，實力相對弱的同學(xué)不僅要接受懲罰，還要成為“別人”的學(xué)生，這樣學(xué)生為了可以當(dāng)小老師，為了得到大家的掌聲，一節(jié)課下來，幾乎每個同學(xué)都可以把單詞讀熟讀好。

一個問題解決了，第二個問題馬上出現(xiàn)了。經(jīng)過幾次考試，孩子們貪玩的本性實在令我頭痛。全班十二名學(xué)生，回家能認(rèn)認(rèn)真真背單詞的人不超過五個，怎么辦?在得到幾位老師的意見后，結(jié)合我班的情況，我終于想出了幾個辦法!

我遇到的第三個問題就是如何和家長溝通。和家長溝通的內(nèi)容有兩個方面：一是學(xué)生的安全，二是學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)。家長和老師最擔(dān)心的事不是孩子的學(xué)習(xí)成績上不來，而是孩子的安全得不到保障。所以我們一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)有孩子沒有按時來上課，就會立即通知家長，了解情況。在課間也會有專門的老師保障他們的安全。而當(dāng)孩子學(xué)習(xí)上出現(xiàn)問題或取得進(jìn)步時，我們做老師的也要及時和家長取得聯(lián)系，讓他們能夠及時掌握孩子的情況。每次和家長交流前我都要仔仔細(xì)細(xì)地想一遍一會兒和他們說什么如何說，盡量做到落落大方，表現(xiàn)得成熟些，免得讓家長對自己對學(xué)校不放心。

近一個月的實踐經(jīng)歷告訴我，要想把課講好，在課前必須做好充分的準(zhǔn)備。熟記每個知識點，熟悉每篇課文，校準(zhǔn)每個單詞的發(fā)音，精心安排課堂的每個環(huán)節(jié)...... 不過，要想使學(xué)生從心底里喜歡上你的課，喜歡上你這個老師，我們要做的就不只這些啦。所以我一有時間就和他們聊天，做游戲，了解他們的性格喜好在學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)成績甚至是家庭狀況，和他們建立寶貴的友誼。看到我的學(xué)生真的把我當(dāng)成了自己的朋友，有什么好吃的會拿來和我分享，有好玩的游戲會叫上我一起玩兒，甚至?xí)严矚g的玩具送給我，我覺得自己成了世界上最幸福的人!

教師是個力氣活，勞力，勞腦，又勞心。教師也是良心活，教得好壞多少，得用心中的那桿秤來衡量。當(dāng)教師還得講策略，要想教好學(xué)生，要想學(xué)生信服自己，必須和他們交友，不斷琢磨學(xué)生的心理，才能做到。

有過同樣經(jīng)歷的幾位同學(xué)曾告訴我，她們當(dāng)了十幾天的教師就開始厭倦這份工作了。可是，我覺得我的教師癮還沒過夠呢!雖然在這個過程中我累過煩過也抱怨過，甚至有幾次我做夢夢到的都是那幫讓人省不了心的孩子。可我覺得為他們付出值! 每當(dāng)站在講臺上,被一雙雙純凈的眼睛聚精會神地望著時,作為一名教師的價值感和成就感就油然而生了。

由于班上課程的進(jìn)度，我選擇了上第二單元this is my sister的第一課時。在準(zhǔn)備這堂課的時候，我想了很多，既想練口語，又想做練習(xí)。最后決定了主要側(cè)重于口語練習(xí)，主要定位是口語練習(xí)，其實把一個點做好就足夠了。這一章節(jié)主要是講介紹自己的家人。新課堂要落實課改，也為了讓課堂內(nèi)容豐富有趣，我找了大量的視頻資料，后來用到了中央電視臺的公益廣告《爸爸媽媽我愛你》，引出my family這個主題，并且教育學(xué)生要愛自己的家庭，愛身邊的每一個人，愛要大聲說出來，我們?nèi)嘁黄鹫ffather and mother i love you 。接下來是學(xué)習(xí)單詞。對于老師來說每個單詞都很簡單，我們常常會認(rèn)為自己教了學(xué)生就一定會，其實不然。新的東西對于學(xué)生來說都是陌生哦，我要尋找適合學(xué)生的方法去教學(xué)。在單詞教學(xué)部分，我用了留聲機(jī)讀音法和我指你來說這兩個小游戲，讓學(xué)生在游戲中記憶單詞，效果比常規(guī)的跟著老師讀效果要好很多。我認(rèn)為課改最大的不同就是變學(xué)生被動學(xué)習(xí)為主動學(xué)習(xí)，讓學(xué)生自己尋找問題并且解決問題。在這節(jié)公開課中，給了學(xué)生很多時間相互討論和自主學(xué)習(xí)。同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)的積極性特別高。不過存在的一個問題就是有的同學(xué)不敢舉手問老師問題就不懂裝懂。

本次公開課重點是讓學(xué)生開口說英語，在讓學(xué)生練習(xí)對話之前，我先用自己家人和朋友的照片做了示范，可能是學(xué)生天生對老師的生活好奇，我介紹爸爸媽媽和自己朋友的時候，同學(xué)們聽得特別認(rèn)真，也記住了我講的句子，這一點我非常欣慰，這也說明了讓學(xué)生快樂的學(xué)習(xí)，找到真確的方法，學(xué)生就能學(xué)的很快很好。我講完了以后，讓同學(xué)們小組成員之間自己創(chuàng)作對話，每一個小組都積極參與，相互介紹家人，同學(xué)們在對話的過程中更加了解同學(xué)，同時也加深了對句子的掌握，在快樂中學(xué)習(xí)英語。聯(lián)系了十分鐘之后我讓同學(xué)們舉手，到講臺上了說。舉手的同學(xué)沒有平時上課的人數(shù)那么多，課后我問同學(xué)們?yōu)槭裁床慌e手，同學(xué)們說聽課的老師太多了，我們不敢舉手，有點害怕。從這一點我看出學(xué)生們?nèi)鄙僮晕艺故疚覚C(jī)會，畏懼在眾人面前說話，想去展示自己，卻又不敢承擔(dān)沒說好的風(fēng)險。同學(xué)們上過很多公開了，他們固定思維認(rèn)為公開課一定要好好表現(xiàn)，課前就讓學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備。其實我不這樣看，我認(rèn)識學(xué)生們最真實的狀態(tài)是最好的。有這么多經(jīng)驗豐富的老師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)來聽課，只有讓學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出真實的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)和掌握能力，來聽課的老師才能找到講課者存在的問題，才能知道老師這樣講學(xué)生到底能接受多少，課堂效果怎么樣。所以在課前我只精心的準(zhǔn)備了課件，準(zhǔn)備好了自己的著裝。我就是想把最真實的狀態(tài)展示出來，讓老師們聽了我的公開課之后能給我提出寶貴的意見。評課的時候，老師們說我的課堂體現(xiàn)了課改精神、發(fā)揮了學(xué)生的能動性，對我的公開課非常滿意也給予了高度的評價。我非常的開心，在這里學(xué)到的東西都是我一生的財富。以后的每一堂課都要向上公開課這樣去準(zhǔn)備，用心上好每一堂課，讓我的學(xué)生因我而驕傲，也讓我在幾年后能為他們感到自豪。

frankly speaking, i don’t quite agree with , we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions. (examples).but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.

there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.

with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture. only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us.

在親戚家休息了幾天，順便整理所要教的內(nèi)容，然后拿去復(fù)印，在賓館有電腦打印機(jī)，整理起來很，很排斥。面對這些長輩，我有點不知所措，但還是在課堂上給他們講學(xué)好英語后不論對賓館還是對自己都是很有益處的一件事，所以希望大家認(rèn)真的用心的學(xué)。

或許是隨著幾天的學(xué)習(xí)，有的員工感覺越來越難，他們居然不來上課。經(jīng)理知道后很生氣，給他們了個下馬威，如果學(xué)習(xí)完一個月后考試不通過,為,的就辭退，考得好的有獎勵。后來再也沒有這種情況出現(xiàn)了。大家都很配合上課，也很用功，在沒有事忙的時候，樓層工作間里都會有他們讀英語的聲音，我也感到很高興，剛開始大家不熟悉的時候沒什么話，但是經(jīng)過幾天的相處，彼此都認(rèn)識了，我和他們也靠近了很多，他們有不懂的都主動問，而我也是一遍一遍的耐心教，還給一些因休假而沒有上課的員工補(bǔ)課。雖然讓他們直呼我的名字，但他們還是叫我“梁老師”，面對這個有點為時過早的稱呼，心里終究有點接受不了，也體會到這個神圣的職業(yè)背后的酸甜苦辣，做一個老師真的不容易。

但是有一個員工的態(tài)度很頑固，她說很討厭英語，看到就頭疼，不想學(xué)，所以沒有和我們一起學(xué)習(xí)。她已經(jīng)知道經(jīng)理的規(guī)定，但是還是對抗學(xué)習(xí)，我用盡辦法想說服她，但還是無濟(jì)于事。

員工們進(jìn)入狀態(tài)后，學(xué)起來也很快了。時間也很快就差不多過了一個月，后面的五天我沒有上新的內(nèi)容，而是和他們一起復(fù)習(xí)所有學(xué)過的內(nèi)容，之前的學(xué)習(xí)我都是在課堂上讓他們強(qiáng)化記憶，現(xiàn)在復(fù)習(xí)起來也不是很吃力，他們倒希望可以提前考。

終于到了考試的時間，學(xué)的都是口語，所以考試形式就是讓他們和自己的搭檔進(jìn)行情境對話。然后我再問幾個句子，讓他們翻譯過來。他們表現(xiàn)得很好，有一個員工還考出了98分。

當(dāng)我夸他們都學(xué)的非常.本文.由;為好的時候，他們都說是老師教得好。能得到他們的認(rèn)可，我覺得十分的高興，還沒來的時候我還擔(dān)心教不好，畢竟也沒有過這全用上了。有時還幫辦公室的會計整理賬單，一個月下來，不僅嘗試了教學(xué)，還體本文來自驗了一點辦公室的工作。也讓我體會到全面發(fā)展能力的重要性，雖然自己所學(xué)的專業(yè)是師范專業(yè)，但其他知識的學(xué)習(xí)也很重要，學(xué)好了在出來后都有可能用到。不知道自己以后會不會從事教師這個職業(yè)，現(xiàn)在是給他們上了一個月的課，但其實也是給自己上了一堂課，以前覺得自己的性格不適合做老師，但是現(xiàn)在也不是自己想象的那樣完全沒有能力勝任。以后的路還不能確定如何走，但現(xiàn)在可以確定的是先學(xué)好知識搜集整理，為以后自己的人生鋪路。
