6.只重視教書，忽略了育人，忽略了對學生進行人生觀的教育。

三、教學目標與備考原則

1、明確方向

教師必須明確高考要考什么以及怎樣考;有目的有計劃的組織好高考復習;否則復習就要走彎路，造成事倍功半的結局。回顧近幾年高考英語試題,我們發現近幾年高考英語試題主要圍繞英語語言知識與英語語言運用兩方面進行。語言知識題的命題原則為:在保證知識覆蓋面的基礎上,盡可能增加綜合性與語境化的因素。語言運用的命題原則為:

(1)語言必須放在實際的并盡可能不同的情景中運用;

(2)語言必須適合具體的交際行為;

(3)考核焦點在于是否達到交際目的;

(4)語言交際行為除了需要語言能力外,還需要一些其他的能力。

2、高考復習應堅持的原則

針對高考英語復習中所存在的問題，我們在復習時，堅持“用中學，練中學”的原則。高考復習不僅僅是查漏補缺，使語言知識體系更加完美的過程，更重要的是，它是豐富語言經驗、增強語感、使原有的聽說讀寫能力上升到一個新水平的過程，是提高綜合分析、分析判斷等能力，改進學法、學會自學的過程。所以，高考總復習時應堅持一些原則：

(1).實踐性原則。

(2).綜合性原則。

(3).針對性原則。

(4).學法指導性原則。

四、復習課課型設計及復習計劃安排：

1、課文復習課。它涉及面廣—涉及詞匯、短語、句型和語法等，是培養能力的依托。復習中要避免炒剩飯，要加佐料，要推陳出新，要站在高考的角度，要把根本任務定格在培養學生的語用能力上。歸類、總結、辨析是課文復習最常見也最實用的方法。

2、語法復習課。在此以前，學生已基本掌握各個語法點。復習時，老師要抓住重點，突破難點，遵循認知規律，由易及難，由簡到繁。方法：從解讀名詞入手，以突破動詞為核心，以攻克從句為難點，逐一解決;要求學生通讀一本語法書，同時多做一些選擇型、對譯型或校正型的練習;老師精講，只講疑難點，組織學生多討論，多自我總結。

3、高考題型訓練課。訓練目的之一是使學生了解各題型的特點、答題要求(如短文改錯)及作答技巧;目的之二是通過訓練使學生了解自己的薄弱環節并加以針對性彌補。要讓學生明白一些基本常識，比如完形填空重在考查實詞、邏輯關系、語篇理解，很少考查純語法的知識;改錯不考查拼寫、語序等，設錯方式遵循811或721的原則(8錯1多1缺;7錯2多1缺或7錯1多2缺)及錯點在哪些方面;寫作差不多只需10句即可，每一句含十二、三個單詞，但要求包括兩三個復雜句式和高級詞匯，一般而言還應有適度發揮。

4、測試課。測試是有效反饋教學效果的主要手段。在復習一定內容后安排測試查驗學生的復習效果，有助于師生及時發現復習中出現的問題并調整復習策略。一、二輪復習階段的測試內容應與復習內容接軌，三輪復習階段的測試應采用綜合性更強的高考模擬題。

5、試卷評析課。試卷批改和評析都必須及時，要求是批改不過夜、評析在次日。評析試卷要避免老師一言堂和面面俱到的講解方法，可采用讓學生當小老師講解的方法，教師選擇性講解和個別輔導相結合的方法，以及只提供答案詳解的方法。不管怎樣，要讓學生通過一道題突破一個知識點。所以在試卷評析后，老師還需要根據班情讓學生做鞏固性練習和拓展性練習，從而把一套題的作用發揮到極致。

今天我為大家重點講解的是英語學科在寒假應該如何科學備考，高效復習。

在高考改革這個大環境下，英語變得越來越容易，從20xx年和20xx年兩年的英語試卷難度來看，英語考到Xx0分已經不是遙不可及的夢想。每一個階段學生都要有自己的學習目標，達成這個目標才可以進行下一步的學習。

以我的學生為例，在暑假時他們跟著我打好基礎，目標就是將高考最高頻的1000個單詞背下來，這些高頻詞都是在近年高考完形閱讀中出現過10—34次的詞匯，只有在暑假時將單詞基礎打好才能繼續進行秋季的強化，秋季我們的孩子開始進行分項強化，通過大量的分類題集訓練來使他們形成做題的邏輯，學會做題的方法，經過了上半年的一輪復習，從暑假到秋季，我們已經完成了給學生的知識儲備，所以寒假我們要做的就是實現學生從知識到能力的轉變。這和我之前說過的高一需要重視基礎，高二開始要鍛煉邏輯思維是一個道理，只有在有了扎實的基礎知識后我們才能有效的`進行能力上的鍛煉，思維上的提升。

經過這半年的學習，我對我學生的要求是在一輪復習時掌握所有的高頻核心詞，并且能熟練應用，分項訓練大量的題，這樣我們才能開始高效的進行下一輪復習。寒假我們的重點應該是幫助孩子進行從知識到能力的提高和轉變，而他們此時最需要的能力就是邏輯思維能力，代入到我們英語學科就是進行作文訓練。此時沒有知識儲備的孩子他們的弱勢就很明顯了，作文上他們的語詞會非常的幼稚，如果有學生表示作文跟不上，那他最大的問題就是基礎知識不過關，此時應該讓他在聽課的同時每天回家鞏固高頻核心詞。同時，一路跟下來的很多學生基礎都已經打的差不多，沒有太大的區分度，這個時候他們的短板就是作文，所以在寒假，大多數學生學習的重點就是作文，學習一些作文的寫作思路和高分句型，而眾所周知作文是最難提分的一個版塊，所以寒假必須在作文上狠下功夫，而我們寒假要做的就是讓學生大量的訓練作文，從單詞到整體的一個提升。告訴他們哪些詞是高分詞，如何組成一個高分的句子，最后通過怎樣的邏輯把這些句子組成一篇高分作文。到春季時只要再通過套卷練習來訓練學生對時間的把控，找到高考時的感覺，學生在最后高考時就不會覺得窘迫了。所以不能因為英語變容易就忽視它，而應該因為它容易了去重視它，將它變成自己的強項，變成提分的科目。因此我對每個我高考班上的孩子的要求就是向著英語xx分努力。

按照今年高考北大的錄取分數線來分析，想要上北大至少要考到680分，也就是只能扣70分，按照分數比例1：1：1：2來平均分配每科的分數，英語、語文、數學這幾科只能扣Xx分，也就是至少要考到Xx6分，但是語文想要考到Xx6卻是很難的，因為語文是一個要求深厚積累的學科，所以語文不能達到的分數必須要靠英語來提高，英語通過這一年的學習是非常有可能達到Xx0分的。那么寒假時英語就應該被重視。

英語是有一些學習方法的，下面我就來為大家介紹一些在復習時可以更加高效的學習方法。首先是單詞，我個人非常推崇的一種方式就是通過篩選來背單詞。高三的很多孩子都在背單詞，但是復習卻不及時，根據艾賓浩斯遺忘曲線，他們很快就會遺忘這些單詞。而篩選法就會很好的幫助他們解決這個問題，每天他們都需要對前三天所背的單詞進行一次篩選，讓家長幫助念英文來反應中文，將已經會的單詞刪掉，再次寫一遍不會的單詞，在之后三天的復習中加上這些不會的單詞，通過一遍遍的篩選來背完所有單詞。而且這樣的方法會使孩子覺得單詞越背越少，有一種學習英語的成就感。完形則是需要訓練做完形的邏輯，比如我現在在班上訓練我的學生時，都會先給他們只印出帶有挖空的文章，讓他們自己讀文章，憑感覺將要填什么詞寫進去。這樣每一次做題時他們都將自己代入情境中，經過幾次訓練就會有做完形的感覺。并且掌握完形所有高頻詞也是必需的，許多學生可以填出正確的意思卻選不對詞，這就是基礎上的問題了。談及高三一年如何提高英語的學習效率，首先是要擴大單詞量，其次是進行題目的拆分，而不是一味的對答案。當懂得一類題是如何考的后，解這類題就會輕而易舉了。這就大大的提升了復習的效率。

寒假時同學們應該給自己定出一個合理的復習計劃，我在期中說明會時曾經跟同學們講過一個清華附中的復習方法。每天專注的復習兩個學科，很多學生反應在平時學校作業留的太多，自己無法實施，但是到了寒假這就不再是理由。學生在寒假應該拿出最大塊的時間來復習自己的弱勢學科，然后給自己規劃拿出哪幾天來強化自己的優勢學科。寒假是進行鞏固提高的最好機會，學生必須要抓住這個機會才能讓自己在接下來的二輪復習中趕上別的同學或者處于不敗之地。從現在開始每一天都不能再被荒廢，所以制定出一個合理的計劃也就顯得尤為重要。有心的同學應該每周日時都拿出一些時間給自己定出下一周要復習的內容。將內容分為必須做到和可以靈活掌握的，必須做到的就要分配到每一天來做，靈活掌握的就可以用來調整一些突然要做的事情。一個有計劃的學生他才會知道自己該如何做。否則接下來的學習中學生還是會一頭霧水，不知所措。

各位，我們已經經過了半年的一輪復習，接下來的半年我們要更好的進行能力上的訓練，使學生可以在二輪復習中有目標，有動力！我們共同努力，使學生能在高考時取得更好的成績！

有史以來的第一次月考結束，隨之而來的成績單給我以沉重的打擊。

總分597的試題我錯失了約70分，且其中約60%是因審題不仔細，了解不透徹，思想和手不協調而白白流失的。這種發現狠狠地砸著我的心臟。我明白，這是人生在警告我：若不抑制或消除馬虎大意的毛病，后果將會不堪設想。因而我將在未來的時間內將我買所有資料都跟上進度，并在做題過程中時刻防止馬虎，一點一點的把它從我的生命中剔除掉，保證我做題擁有極高的準確率。

今天我為大家重點講解的是英語學科在寒假應該如何科學備考，高效復習。

以我的學生為例，在暑假時他們跟著我打好基礎，目標就是將高考最高頻的1000個單詞背下來，這些高頻詞都是在近年高考完形閱讀中出現過10—34次的詞匯，只有在暑假時將單詞基礎打好才能繼續進行秋季的強化；秋季我們的孩子開始進行分項強化，通過大量的分類題集訓練來使他們形成做題的邏輯，學會做題的方法；經過了上半年的一輪復習，從暑假到秋季，我們已經完成了給學生的知識儲備，所以寒假我們要做的就是實現學生從知識到能力的轉變。這和我之前說過的高一需要重視基礎，高二開始要鍛煉邏輯思維是一個道理，只有在有了扎實的基礎知識后我們才能有效的進行能力上的鍛煉，思維上的提升。

經過這半年的學習，我對我學生的要求是在一輪復習時掌握所有的高頻核心詞，并且能熟練應用；分項訓練大量的題，這樣我們才能開始高效的進行下一輪復習。寒假我們的重點應該是幫助孩子進行從知識到能力的提高和轉變，而他們此時最需要的能力就是邏輯思維能力，代入到我們英語學科就是進行作文訓練。此時沒有知識儲備的孩子他們的弱勢就很明顯了，作文上他們的語詞會非常的幼稚，如果有學生表示作文跟不上，那他最大的問題就是基礎知識不過關，此時應該讓他在聽課的同時每天回家鞏固高頻核心詞。同時，一路跟下來的很多學生基礎都已經打的差不多，沒有太大的區分度，這個時候他們的短板就是作文，所以在寒假，大多數學生學習的重點就是作文，學習一些作文的寫作思路和高分句型；而眾所周知作文是最難提分的一個版塊，所以寒假必須在作文上狠下功夫，而我們寒假要做的就是讓學生大量的訓練作文，從單詞到整體的一個提升。告訴他們哪些詞是高分詞，如何組成一個高分的句子，最后通過怎樣的邏輯把這些句子組成一篇高分作文。到春季時只要再通過套卷練習來訓練學生對時間的把控，找到高考時的感覺，學生在最后高考時就不會覺得窘迫了。所以不能因為英語變容易就忽視它，而應該因為它容易了去重視它，將它變成自己的強項，變成提分的科目。因此我對每個我高考班上的孩子的要求就是向著英語xx分努力。

The People I Respect the Most

The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy with work. Since I can remember, he never spent a whole weekend to stay with me. He goes to the hospital very early before I get up, and comes back home after I sleep. But I doesn’t matter at all, he is hero to me. He devotes almost all the time to his patients, many lives are saved. He always said, a man should have dignity, integrity, honor, and most of all, be helpful to others. This affected me deeply, so I work hard so that someday I could be the man like my father.

我最尊敬的人是我的父親。他是一名醫生。他的工作總是很忙。從我記事起，他就從來沒有陪我過過一個完整的周末。他每天在我起床前就去醫院了，回來的時候我已經睡著。但是我一點也不介意，他在我的眼里是個英雄。他幾乎把所有的時間都獻給了他的病人，很多人的生命因此得救。他總是說，一個男人應該有尊嚴、正直、榮譽，更重要的是，幫助他人。這對我的影響很深，我正努力，就是為了有一天成為一個像我父親一樣的男人。

My weekend

Last weekend，we took part in a picking activity. We drove from the school, and the farm was about 2 kilometers away from our school. When we arrived at the farm, there are all kinds of animals, green fresh vegetables and fruit trees in the farm. We were divided into two groups. One group was responsible for picking fruits, the other packed up the fruits. Time flying quickly, the activity was over. But it was a meaningful day, when we learn a lot form it. Through this activity, we know how hard the farmers are and how precious the food is. We should treasure the food planted by the farmers.

I like to travel so much. When holiday comes, I will make travel plans. My friends like travel, too. So we make up the group. Travel means a lot to me. On the one hand, I can broaden my vision. Every city has its own feature and lifestyle, so I can experience different lifestyles. Books can provide us theorical knowledge, but if we go to the place to witness the real scenery, then what we learn from the book will be useful. On the other hand, travel can bring me the new mood. If I live in the same place for a long time and do the same thing every day, my life will be boring. But travel can help me to refresh my mood. When I come back, I am full of energy again.

The world was cheering for him, and they witnessed this great man to make his career successful at the old age. If we have dreams, it is never too late to pursue. People always take the age as the excuse, actually, they lack of persistence, which differs them from successful men.
