1、發郵件無subject主題,或者隨便找一個以前的郵件直接回復一下。

后果:以前的郵件是針對以前的某一件事情,郵件正文和主題都和現在的事情無關.導致買家一頭霧水,無法快速辨認。

2、郵件下方無簽名(包括人名,公司名字,聯系方式等)或者只有中文名字。

后果:導致買家不知道你是誰?要知道,買家會接觸,聯系很多國家的不同供應商,你在一段時間沒有和買家聯系后,突然發過去個郵件,對方很難判斷你是誰?來自什么國家的什么公司?

3、郵件的發件人不要用中文。如聯想公司張三,“聯想公司張三”很有可能會在買家那里顯示亂碼,哪怕不是亂碼,對方也不一定可以看懂中文。

4、買家如果已經CC,把郵件抄送給第二個人,或者抄送給2個人以上(可能是買家的同事或者主管),你回復的時候要按“reply all”,而不要只回復發件的那個人.買家發郵件CC的目的是希望多個人了解到目前此事的進展情況,你有義務回復全部的人。

5、回復買家郵件的時候要“reply with all history”,不要把歷史記錄刪除,否則買家不知道先前發生的事情和交流的內容。也不要隨意改變郵件的主題。一件事情,一個產品的郵件要保持一個郵件主題。

6、不要用晦澀難懂的縮寫,我們不是在發電報.如hv:have等.以免產生誤解.也不要用俚語。

7、重要的內容可以用bold粗體加粗或者用大寫。

很感謝鄧經理在最初應聘的時候,相信并選擇我作為**篷房外貿業務人員當中的一員,同時盡心地安排小組組長小平一直以來監督和教導我的外貿之路。同樣也很感謝在取得成績時的點播,在沒有成績時的鼓勵。

很感謝我的小組組長小平和其他同事,不論是在生活當中還是在工作當中,都給與了我很多實實在在的幫助和指導。讓我能一步一步積累更多的經驗,增長自己的見識。

同時也很感謝自己在20xx年最初的時候,有勇氣去換一個行業,勇敢地選擇了篷房行業,并堅持了下來。那時候對公司的了解并不多,對行業未來的前景也沒有清晰的認識,但感謝自己愿意嘗試并且沒有半途而廢。

回顧自己來**的日子,不長不短居然快一年了,在**的日子很有意義,是我重新開始一個行業的孕育地。

來到**的'時候,我對現在所在的行業完全沒有認識。甚至當初來應聘的時候,都沒仔細看過公司到底是做什么的。我當時想的是,以最低的姿態,在一個值得學習和投入的工作環境,歷練自己。

選擇**,給了我很多學習機會,幾乎所有的東西都是重新開始學習的。包括基本的表格制作,再到圖像處理,郵件處理,電話溝通以及面對面接待客人。

在我內心深處,一直相信“有志者,事竟成”,“天道酬勤”,雖然我的起步晚了點,但因為年輕,應該是可以追上前輩們的。但也因為年輕,言行顯得很不穩重。

的確,這是我需要學習的地方。

剛開始做外貿,可能是一種興奮刺激的感覺,當但激情熱情被日復一日的郵件詢盤和繁瑣之事替代時,我們再堅持下去的時候,如果還沒有成績,那時就更需要一種精神信仰,無關乎薪資,因為畢竟誰都知道,做業務,沒有銷量,就是窮光蛋。

剛開始的時候,沒想過要快速的就拿單,畢竟那很不現實,對產品對外貿一竅不通沒有任何實際經驗就想出成績簡直就是一種空想。

那時每天上班的時候,我會給自己列好工作日程,確定緊急重要順序,忙完這些規定的事項后,我會抽出一部分時間提前學習一些外貿知識,包括業務以及回復郵件方面。

記得剛開始回郵件的時候,我的心情是小心翼翼的,很怕犯錯,可能與我的完美主義個性有些關系。所以一封郵件都要思考半天,不管是回郵件的內容還是表達方式。一句話,不敢下手。后來幸虧在福步等外貿論壇里面,學習了很多回復郵件和處理詢盤的知識,再加上不斷更新產品之后,詢盤多了,鍛煉的機會就多了,也就形成了自己的處理詢盤的思路。

第一個單拿的是幸運,那時候剛出了一次意外,在養傷過程中,接下了第一個單。也是這個單,給了我很多勇氣。讓我相信努力會有收獲。

過了試用期之后,之前那種激情和熱情就慢慢的消失跆盡了,我需要我的信仰來支持我。

“開始源于相信,過程在于改變,結果在于堅持。”就是我的信仰。

我從來不相信,有誰可以隨隨便便的成功,畢竟不是所有人也不是每次都有那樣的好運氣。堅持我現在的行業,在我不斷地填充自己的過程中,我能做的就是等待了。

客人不是一下就有的,詢盤不是一下子就都到你的郵箱里的,價格不是每次都是你的讓客人滿意,不是每個客人都注重質量和服務的。那能做的,就是不斷地行動以及耐心等待結果。

在過了試用期很長一段時間里詢盤不是很多,我找了很多事情做,集中之一就包括增加產品曝光帶來詢盤,那么首先得熟悉產品。熟悉產品,不僅是了解自己的產品,也包括同行的產品,而我重點放在國外同行也可以說是潛在客戶的身上。

其實,做外貿也是一種心態的轉變,之前我是個急性子,很多事情希望能夠以最快最有效率的方式解決,所以往往給人浮躁的感覺。慢慢的現在性子稍微穩下來點,因為有些事情,不是你急著完成結果就能如你愿,例如,你希望客人盡快下單。

10月份的時候曾打算請假休息一段時間,但最終放棄了這個打算,那時候的事情,讓我認清了自己的處境,女兒也應當自立自強。所以當靜下心來,再次投入到工作當中的時候,自己有種突然覺悟的感覺。后來再處理詢盤和郵件的時候,竟是反應快了很多,思路也明朗了很多。我想這是因禍得福吧。就像Yusuf。

Yusuf是我今年的一個客戶,期間一直沒有斷過聯系,其實我們很少談工作,每次寒暄一下,問候一下。我后來想想為什么他遲遲沒有打款,可能他也在花時間考驗我和我們公司。就像我在懷疑他是騙子一樣。我一直記得一個外貿前輩說,你得經常在你客戶的面前飄過。我想我就是這樣一直在他面前飄來飄去沒有太強的目的性,讓他產生了信賴。他的訂單,就是對我耐性的考驗和服務的認可。

后來的接待工作,讓我對自己的口語也自信了不少,很感謝小平的陪伴和幫忙,以及之前有機會在她身邊學習了很多次。

雖然現在我在外貿在篷房這個行業還是半個內行人,身上也有很多的不足,但是我相信,時間能夠證明一切,我相信只要用心學習,踏踏實實的,就一定會有更大的成績,想成為一名能夠獨當一面的外貿人前進。
